The P-140 S is a conversion kit for mercenaries and is not a widespread variant. Exactly where the modifications are made is unknown. The "Mercenary" is slightly faster than the basic model. The biggest structural change is the removal of the wingtips and the installation of leading-edge slats. This makes the "Mercenary" very agile while also allowing it a low minimum speed. Painted with colorful slogans, you immediately notice that this P-140 belongs to independent pilots who also have the necessary cash for the conversion.
