  • Crowdfunding: Here you will find links to some of our past and current Kickstarter projects.

  • Defective Goods: If you have received defective parts, games or similar, please send us photos of the defective parts so that we can analyze the errors. We will send replacements immediately. Thank you!

  • Reviews: We look forward to your review on Google or game reviews on BGG (Board Game Geek).

  • Synergies: We are also the organizers of www.SteamAndIron.de, an annual convention in Bavaria. Furthermore, we often provide prototypes to game reviewers. Just write to us.

  • Photos: The photos in the shop are examples. Differences in surface structure, wood grain, colors or casting grades and other production features are unfortunately impossible to avoid. Some miniatures are also shown painted in the demo photos.

  • Painting Service: We offer a painting service for most of our games, just contact us even if you have special requests.

  • Credit Card Payments: We accept almost all payment methods.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery time is 2-3 business days after payment. Delivery to foreign countries takes correspondingly longer. Please note that these are average values and we have no influence on the actual transit times. Furthermore, it may happen that rare games are reproduced in-house on demand in individual cases, which, however, only takes a few days.

  • Quality: Our products naturally comply with the guidelines of the European Union. The wood used is FSC certified.

  • Returns: If you wish to return purchased or received goods, you are welcome to contact us beforehand. We will help you with the process.

  • Register: To keep track of your order, please register.

  • Shipping Methods: We usually ship with DHL. More details can be found below in the info section of each website under 'Delivery and Payment Conditions.'

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are based on the weight and volume of the shipment. During the checkout process, the effective postage will be displayed BEFORE you complete the process. You can still cancel at this point and make changes.

  • Cancellation Policy: You can find the information in the footer.'

  • Customs Fees: When shipping to non-EU countries, fees may be imposed by the respective customs office. We have no influence on this.
  • Temporarily no more shipping to EU countries (except Germany): We hope that EU regulations for small businesses will soon be relaxed, until then the effort caused by packaging regulations is unfortunately not worthwhile for us. Accordingly, we are currently pausing shipping to other EU countries.
